Miloslava Zagarová je pouhá loutka
Miloslava Zagarová je státní zástupkyně na krajském zastupitelství v Praze. Teplé místečko, které zajisté dodává pocit moci a uspokojení. Ze své pravomoci státní zástupkyně dne 25. března roku 2010 vydala pokyn k propuštění mezinárodně hledaného člena rakouského gangu zlodějů aut a přívěsů. Přitom § 67 písmeno a trestního řádu popisuje možnost vzít do vazby z důvodu:
Útěkové důvody vazby, u obviněného tedy musí být dán oprávněný důvod, že se bude skrývat, uprchne nebo se bude vyhýbat trestnímu řízení
Podle mě, neprávníka, byla podstata pro uvalení útěkové vazby naplněna na 100 %. Pokud se paní zástupkyni nezdá mezinárodní zatykač na osobu hledanou několik let jako oprávněný důvod k uvalení tohoto zločince do vazby, tak podle mě dělá svojí práci špatně a já s ní rezolutně nesouhlasím a myslím si, že by za tento skutek měla být náležitě potrestána. Má někdo jiný názor?

Je to zakomplexovana a 100% podplacena mrcha!
jek tak koukám co se píše o paní Tripišové oh pardon paní Zagarové, tak je stejně prohnilá jako systém ve kterém pracuje…… není divu, že je tím vším nasáklá…
